MEGAN TYMESKO
Landscape Designer
Megan recently graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor's of Landscape Architecture. During her undergraduate career Megan studied abroad in Italy. While abroad, she experienced the history and culture of this region and also gained perspective of the different types of architecture and city planning in the area. Megan's professional interests include environmental storm water management, livable communities, complete streets, and new (old )urbanism. She wishes to create livable, sustainable spaces where people are the motivation for the design. As an avid traveler, Megan was thrilled to have the opportunity to use the bicycle sharing program in Paris, allowing her to see most of the city in one day. Megan is excited to bring her passion for smart environmentally friendly design and experience to help in the planning for a sustainable future.
Megan shows a great love for the outdoors and has interests in camping, hiking, football, snowboarding, music, playing the guitar, and running. Her friends would describe her as wildly imaginative, adventurous, and motivated.
