Carrie Rainey,
Landscape Designer
Carrie Rainey joined the Toole Design Group team in 2007 in a landscape design role. She is highly skilled at developing landscaping plans for projects in both urban and suburban contexts. With a minor in Sociology, Carrie has additional insight into the inner workings of communities which complements her design capabilities. In her spare time, Carrie likes to travel with friends and spend time with her dog.Education/Certification
