ROBERT S. PATTEN
Transportation Planner
Bob Patten is a Senior Planner with over 15 years of experience in transportation planning. He is an accomplished project manager whose past projects have included the Baltimore Bicycle Master Plan and the Anacostia Riverwalk Trail. He is highly skilled at fundraising, having secured more than $8 million for trail projects in the District of Columbia since 1998. Prior to joining Toole Design Group, Bob served as the founding Director of the National Transportation Enhancements Clearinghouse and as a Senior Policy Analyst with the Rails-to-Trails Conservancy. Bob is a frequent bike commuter and enjoys coaching his daughter's soccer team.Education/Certification
