NINA LIGGETT
Planning Technician

Nina comes to Toole Design Group with a logistics and community development background. She has extensive experience working with business organizations and district governments to sustain a viable economic community through public space development projects, pedestrian wayfinding campaigns, alternative transportation initiatives, as well as special-event programming. Nina confidently accepts high-pressure assignments and enjoys identifying and overcoming new obstacles. Nina is proud to be an active and engaged member of DC's Bloomingdale community and spends much of her free time working with the Perry School Community Services Center, of which she is a board member. Her vintage orange Schwinn and Capital Bikeshare membership keep her moving in the often standstill traffic of the District.
