Christinia "Tina" Fink, P.E.
Traffic Engineer
Christina "Tina" Fink brings over six years of traffic engineering experience to the Toole Design Group team. Her background includes traffic signal analysis and design, transportation impact study analysis and reports, traffic reviews for both local and state agencies and preliminary studies for pedestrian crossings and bicycle facilities. Tina combines her knowledge in traffic engineering, signal design and traffic modeling with her enthusiasm for providing for pedestrians, cyclists and mass transit to provide the best design for all users. Through her professional experiences and graduate work in planning, Tina has developed complete and context sensitive solutions to engineering problems. Tina excels when challenged by new concepts and manages multiple deadlines well. Outside the office, Tina keeps busy training for and competing in ultimate frisbee tournaments around the country. She also enjoys cooking with her husband and doing her best to tire out Sammy, her energetic pup.
