Priority Corridor Recommendations
Detailed recommendations have been developed for each of the eight priority corridors in the District to improve conditions for pedestrians.

MEETINGS
On February 11th and 12th the District Department of Transportation hosted Pedestrian and Bicycle Design Training sessions for staff and consultants working on District projects.

District of Columbia Pedestrian Master Plan.

The goal of the Pedestrian Plan is to make the District of Columbia safer and more walkable by improving sidewalks, roadway crossings and the quality of the pedestrian environment, and by ensuring that District policies and procedures support walking.
