Christina Fink, PE, PTOE

With over 15 years of experience, Tina Fink manages Toole Design’s traffic engineering projects. She is adept at analyzing and re-designing roadways and intersections to accommodate pedestrians and bicyclists in urban, suburban and rural environments. Tina is also an expert at quantifying the pedestrian and bicycle experience using the Highway Capacity Manual and other emerging multimodal traffic analysis techniques. She is an accomplished presenter and speaker, most recently presenting on intersection design at local and national ITE and Walk/Bike/Places conferences.

When Tina is not competing in ultimate Frisbee tournaments; she is at home cooking with her husband and playing with their energetic dog.
