Office Assistant

We are an exciting and growing transportation planning firm in search of full-time Accounting Assistant for our Hyattsville, MD office. We are currently located two blocks from the Metro in University Town Center. In February of 2012, our office is moving to a new location two blocks of the Silver Spring Metro Station.

Responsibilities:

  • Data entry
  • Reconciliations
  • Accounts payable
  • Cash disbursements
  • Timesheet management
  • Invoice preparation
  • Travel arrangements
  • Various administrative duties

Requirements:

  • Associates degree and 2 years of related work or internship experience
  • Must be well organized and detail oriented
  • Must have strong organizational and communication skills
  • Exp w/Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Starting salary $17-20/hr
